Terms of Service for Digital Art Commissions by Hellean Art
Any questions you can contact me via Discord hoshi_artworks1. General Information• These terms of service apply to all digital art commissions undertaken by Hellean. By commissioning the Artist, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.
• The Artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.2. Payment• Payment must be made via PayPal 50/50.
• Prices are subject to change based on complexity, deadlines, and other factors.3. Revisions and Approval• The Client is entitled to Ilimited rounds of minor revisions during the sketch phase.
• Major revisions or additional changes after the initial sketch approval may incur additional charges.
• Once the final artwork is delivered, no further revisions will be made.4. Deadlines and Delivery• Estimated delivery time will be communicated before the project begins. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be notified if any delay arises.
• Final artwork will be delivered in digital format via a WeTransfer link unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Rush orders may incur additional fees depending on the required deadline.5. Rights and Usage• The Artist retains all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The artwork is for personal use only unless explicitly stated. Commercial use (such as for branding, merchandise, etc.) must be agreed upon in advance and will incur additional fees.
